Kyle Woods is a partner in SoCal Retail | Investments Sales & Leasing Advisory, a CBRE team based in the South Bay region of Los Angeles, CA. The team provides a unique full service (leasing & sales) partnership approach to its landlord, tenant, developer, and investor clients. The team has in excess of 75 years combined retail experience, involvement in 200 Million SF of leased space, and 250 properties sold for consideration of over $2.8 billion.
Kyle serves multiple functions within the team. His primary role involves new business pursuits, marketing, and execution of the team’s Landlord and Tenant lease listings. Kyle is an integral part of the team’s Corporate Tenant Accounts business which include national gas station and banking (financial services) brands. In addition to his leasing role, Kyle is a vital part of the prospecting efforts for the team’s Investment Sale listings. With an extensive background in business development outreach, Kyle creates value for the team’s clients through the design and implementation of strategic buyer outreach campaigns. Kyle is known by clients and colleagues for his gregarious personality, contagious energy, and commitment to integrity.
Kyle is a proud alumnus of Pepperdine University where he was a board member of the surf team and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Kyle completed multiple commercial real estate internships as a college student including a full-time internship position at local South Bay Brokerage, Lyon-Stahl. Outside the office, Kyle is an avid surfer, he competed nationally in surf competitions throughout the West Coast prior to joining CBRE.
