In her capacity as Senior Sales Analyst for the South Bay and DTLA offices, Lauren Peddicord works with executive leadership to expand CBRE’s office, industrial, and retail occupier and agency market share in Los Angeles. In her office, Lauren leads the sales management efforts, including business development, pursuit initiatives, strategic team formation, and competitive analysis for 60 brokerage and Capital Markets professionals, providing insight and identifying resources within CBRE’s platform. Additionally, she facilitates monthly technology and learning & development trainings for producers and support staff and retains a highly effective Salesforce to achieve organic growth and market share gains.
Prior to this position, Lauren was a communications specialist for the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County region. She assisted with press relations, internal communications and assisted professionals with media outreach, technology trainings, collaborated with the firm's research department and helped coordinate promotional and social media campaigns.
Lauren has dedicated herself to continuously honing her commercial real estate industry expertise. She proactively engages with local leadership and professionals to stay ahead of latest market trends and assists professionals in developing and implementing winning business strategy.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of Oregon.
