Laurie joined CBRE-Albany in 2005 as a salesperson and became an associate broker in 2011. Her primary scope of business is focused on representing buyers and tenants in purchasing, leasing and upgrading of commercial space. This business includes client relocations, expansions, consolidations and/or acquisitions. Laurie's goal is to ensure that clients make the most informed site selection decisions by developing an in-depth understanding of client requirements, conducting comprehensive market analyses, preparing site assessments, developing creative solutions, and supporting transaction negotiations. In 2011, Laurie also became licensed in Vermont.
Prior to joining CBRE, Laurie held senior relationship management and product management positions in retail financial services with Citicorp, Republic National Bank and Clark American. In these positions she successfully supported client growth, negotiated cost-effective supplier contracts, and managed the delivery of exceptional service quality experience that is invaluable in helping clients achieve successful transitions to new locations.
