Leigh Poulton serves as an Associate within Pittsburgh’s Advisory & Transaction Services division of CBRE, Inc.’s Occupier Services Group teaming with Pat Sentner and Amy Broadhurst. Leigh’s primary responsibilities focus on local user and national Corporate Services tenant representation.
Leigh joined the CBRE Pittsburgh office as an Associate and participant in the Capital Markets Associate Program and successfully graduated in January 2020. The program focused on training and talent development for new professionals focused in the small to mid-market investment sales space. Prior to joining CBRE, she was a Real Estate Representative at FedEx Ground focusing on real estate portfolio optimization and working on industrial build-to-suit projects in the United States and Canada. Before joining FedEx Ground, Leigh served as Real Estate Project Administrator at Carnegie Mellon University managing the owned and leased portfolio for the University and it’s affiliates in Pittsburgh and beyond.
She graduated from Duquesne University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts focusing on classical flute performance and again in 2013 with a Master of Business Administration focusing on Sustainability Studies and Communications.
