Lindsay Binder is a Client Services Coordinator in CBRE Chicago’s Tenant Representation and Location Incentives groups. In this role, Lindsay creates market surveys, tours, marketing materials and deliverables, in addition to working on government incentive applications. Lindsay also generates vouchers for invoicing, produces proposal and architect comparison matricies and tracks job creation and retention data for clients. Her extensive knowledge in commercial real estate and commercial construction makes her a substantial resource for the Tenant Representation and Location Incentives groups.
Prior to CBRE, Lindsay worked at Bear Construction where she served as a Project Coordinator for the Executive Vice President and handled numerous tasks involved in the day-to-day coordination of construction projects. She also served as the company’s interim Marketing Director.
Lindsay volunteers with Innovations for Learning as a tutor and the annual Finkl Fiesta through CBRE partnerships. She also partakes in events and activities for the following initiatives: Gilda’s Club, Anti-Cruelty Society, Ronald McDonald House Charities and CBRE Build Day.
