Lisa is a communications and marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience across several industries. She joined CBRE in 2006 and currently serves as the Communications Manager for a large financial client account, responsible for the communications strategy and deployment for 1,000+ global employees, as well as various client and stakeholder audiences.
As a member of the account's senior team, Lisa works closely with leaders to assess communication needs, develop messages, and manage information. Her work encompasses a wide range of communication channels and tools including SharePoint, CampaignLogic, Town Halls, WebEx, SurveyMonkey, Leadership Messages, presentations, and broadcast emails.
During her tenure on the account, Lisa has led the communication effort through three major contract renewals and transitions. She also has responsibility for client-facing materials such as quarterly business reviews and an annual report. She regularly assists the Alliance Director with corporate requirements including business plans and account strategy documents.
Lisa serves as Program Manager for various efforts including an annual series of Road Shows, global employee surveys, Earth Week program, and ad hoc events. She is also a senior advisor for the account's Operating Council (a cross-functional employee advisory group focused on process improvement and employee satisfaction).
Outside of the account, Lisa serves on the Advisory Committee for the GWS Account Practices & Communications GKN as well as the Employee Communications Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Women's Network. Lisa is frequently sought out by other GWS accounts to provide counsel and mentoring, and she is a valuable liaison for corporate initiatives and events.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lisa served as Marketing Director for Profit Insight, a global consulting company, where she directed the launch of SalesForce. She also spent six years managing a proposal center dedicated to business development at KeyBank, and eight years in various marketing and communications positions with Progressive Insurance where she was lauded for her communication support in transforming the claims process from paper to digital.
Lisa has won several awards for excellence in publications from the International Association of Business Communicators and Society of Technical Communication. She is a lifetime member of the International Association of Business Communicators, and she holds a degree in Communications from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
