Lori Laye joined CBRE in 2008 as a Real Estate Services Administrator. She has since been promoted to a Senior Real Estate Manager. In this role, she is currently responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of approximately 1.3M SF of office and retail space, as well as the management of the Bank of America building in downtown Boca Raton.
In addition to the physical management of the properties, Lori’s responsibilities include daily interaction with property owners, tenants, and vendors; managing and maintaining client communication and satisfaction; lease administration, and coordinating tenant events and marketing. Lori is also responsible for the financial management of the properties, including budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures. In 2014 Lori successfully managed the lobby renovations for Amtec Center.
