As an advisor trained in finance, I fixate on hard data and my client’s bottom line. As a competitive athlete, I drive to be the best I can be as an individual and partner. These building blocks have allowed me to develop a growing real estate practice and provide unique value to industrial owners looking to buy and sell property in the Greater Toronto Area.
Many brokers have thoughts on the marketplace, but as a Student Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, my opinions are opinions of value. My financial background, exposure to the construction industry and degree in Real Estate and Housing allow me to identify untapped property value for my clients.
I focus on the needs of industrial building owners and prospective investors without the complication of tenant representation. As a result of my dedicated client focus, I have become a specialist in owner-occupier dispositions in the York and Durham Regions. My passion for customer service is inspired by my father’s contracting business. Like him, I strive to build a business based on results for clients, positive word of mouth and the ability to bring a fresh perspective and bold ideas to the table.
I’m not your typical sales person and that’s exactly what you need to build real advantage from your real estate.
