Established as a commercial real estate professional with over 30 years on experience in the Miami/South Florida marketplace, Maggie Guajardo Kurtz is recognized for the added value she brings to the client’s office investment portfolios. Ms. Kurtz partners with clients to develop strategies focused on securing a strong tenant base with sustained capacity for growth in revenues.
Ms. Kurtz is aligned with respect international and area developers throughout Sought Florida for the development and leasing of high-caliber office parks.
