Mario brings over 32 years of experience in a number of areas of real estate, focusing primarily on operations, maintenance and projects. He began his career with IBM Canada Ltd. where he moved through a number of positions ranging from Central Utility Plan Technician to Facility Manager at the Bromont manufacturing site.
In late 1993 Mario was asked to join the IBM marketing group to support some critical facilities in Montreal, Québec. From 1993 to 2006 he was in charge of operations, maintenance and projects for critical facilities while performing his regular duties as Facility Manager at the IBM Bromont Manufacturing site. In May 2006 he was asked to concentrate on major site security projects and manage the security services at the site.
In 1983 he graduated as an Industrial Waste Water Technician and Stationary Engineer. He has taken on the responsibilities of Chief Stationary Engineer for the IBM Bromont manufacturing site since 1993.
In 2010, Mario joined CBRE Limited and took on the management of IBM Bromont Facilities and Real Estate. While working for CBRE, Mario supported the acquisitions of two other contracts for CBRE (C2MI and UTC). He is responsible for all services delivered on IBM Bromont and C2MI account which include: Project Management, Facilities Management and Procurement.
