Marissa Oberlander leads office research within the Chicago region’s Market Research team, partnering with CBRE’s tenant and landlord advisory businesses at the point of sale. Her team is a robust resource for CBRE sales professionals and leverages its proprietary data and analysis to help CBRE’s owner and occupier clients make informed real estate decisions.
In addition to publishing downtown and suburban quarterly market statistics frequently cited by the media as the standard for local market data, the team tracks market dynamics and publishes research pieces at the forefront of industry shifts and trends.
Marissa has more than seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in roles involving research, business development, communications, marketing and journalism. Most recently Manager, Content & Communications at JLL, she was a strategic partner to nine lines of business and received five national marketing awards for innovative, client-facing thought leadership, demand generation campaigns and sales tools.
