Mark Emerick is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Austin office heading an Agency practice responsible for the leasing and sales of a multi billion dollar office portfolio. Mr. Emerick diligently devises and implements innovative marketing strategies to successfully deliver maximum yields and returns for the Agency Team’s institutional clientele.
Mr. Emerick has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate as both a broker and principal. Clients receive distinct professional strategy, guidance, transparency and execution in the acquisition, stabilization and disposition of institutional quality office and flex real estate.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Emerick oversaw the acquisition, financing and management of an approximate one million square foot flex-office portfolio in Austin, Texas. Prior to Austin, Mr. Emerick was a longstanding partner and consistent top producer at Grubb & Ellis | BRE in San Diego, CA.
