Mark Okuma specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-housing properties in the Greater South Bay area. With only three years of experience, he has represented buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of multi-housing properties.
Mark works alongside top performing multi-housing professionals Mike McKinney and Nancy Bush. Prior to joining CBRE, Mark worked for a boutique multi-housing investment firm in El Segundo.
Mark's transaction experience includes seller and buyer representation, 1031 tax differed exchange, and repositioning strategies. Mark is a member of the South Bay Board of Realtors and part CBRE’s Capital Markets Associate Program.
Mark graduated from Pitzer College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics. Mark served as a right fielder for Pomona-Pitzer Baseball for four-years. Growing up in the South Bay, Mark takes his market expertise and knowledge of the area to directly benefit his clients’ investment goals.
