Martin Harryhill currently serves as the Real Estate Manager
for medical office properties on the Tenet Healthcare account in the state of
Florida. He works closely with the
hospital administrators, physicians and contractors throughout south Florida,
managing a portfolio which spans from Port St. Lucie, FL south to Miami, FL.
Mr. Harryhill has more than 25 years of experience in
commercial property management and leasing, with 10 years specifically handling
the development, leasing and property management of medical office buildings
for Tenet Healthcare. Prior to joining
CBRE, he served as the development agent responsible for leasing West Boca
Medical Arts Pavilion I and II in Boca Raton, FL up to full occupancy, as well
as converting a 176,000 SF retail shopping center sitting adjacent to Delray
Medical Center into a medical office-only complex shortly after the asset was
purchased by Tenet Healthcare. Most recently, Mr. Harryhill oversaw marketing,
management and leasing activities for Linton Medical Park in Delray Beach, FL.
Prior to that, he oversaw marketing, leasing and property management for
Charlotte, NC-based Faison Development, where he leased up a complete retrofit
of a former enclosed 1 million SF mall that was converted into a mixed use
retail/medical complex in Pompano Beach, FL.
Before entering the commercial real estate industry in 1989,
Mr. Harryhill attended college in Columbus, Ohio and graduated with a B.S.B.A.
from The Ohio State University’s School of Business. He is also a licensed real
estate agent in the State of Florida.
