Mary Hinton

Mary Hinton is the managing director of the Retail Transaction Services Group (Retail TSG), within Advisory & Transaction | Occupier services. 

By partnering with Retail brokers, Mary provides transaction management support and helps drive growth, operational excellence and best practices to CBRE’s multi-market Retail Accounts.

Ms. Hinton has more than 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. 

Previously, Ms. Hinton held the role of Transaction Management Director for AT&T Mobility within CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions group (GWS). Mary directed the site selection and opening of over 2,500 stores across the U.S.

Ms. Hinton managed outsourcing real estate transactions, directed multi-market client relationships and assisted in the development and implementation of clients’ strategic real estate plans and franchisee focused businesses.

Mary held the former role of Vice President and managed the Frito-Lay, Disney, Cox Enterprises, Inc. and RBC accounts. Prior to joining CBRE in 1998, Mary spent three years in the Real Estate Division of RTM, Inc. She was responsible for the management of their real estate transactions for a portfolio of more than 800 Arby’s restaurants.
