Professional Experience
Mary Ann Young is currently a Senior Project Manager and is the single point of contact for Houston Center and The Shops at Houston Center. She manages tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects for 4.3M square feet of Class-A office space and retail, CBRE’s largest single asset in Houston.
Mary Ann leads the project team and ensures completion of all assigned work within projects’ budget, schedule and conformance. She manages and facilitates all aspects of projects’ scope, goals and tasks. Mary Ann mentors her internal team and coordinates external resources including architects, MEP engineers, general contractors and other pertinent consultants.
Mary Ann shares 28 years of experience with her external resources. Her experience includes responsibilities as a commercial corporate interior designer, commercial furniture dealership regional design director, commercial furniture manufacturer marketing manager and facility manager. As construction manager of people, place and process, Mary Ann is dedicated to quality assurance and time management of complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
