As Vice President Operations for Global PMO Mary Anne’s responsibilities include running a portfolio management office to drive prioritization and rationalization, report program/project health, and manage pipeline, demand and capacity reporting for internal CBRE initiatives. She works with CBRE Shared Services leadership to establish and maintain repeatable process and governance standards and is responsible for PPM technology platform. Mary Anne is responsible for the Global PMO University program which delivers competency and tool training, along with internal communications, hr, facilities and finance-related activities for Global PMO.
Mary Anne has over 25 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry with CBRE and Trammell Crow Company. The first 10 years of her career she spent with the Dallas-Fort Worth field office leading marketing, communications and research efforts before moving to national marketing role at Trammell Crow Company. Focusing on expanding TCCs web and client-facing communication platforms she spent 3 years in the office of the CIO and assisted in the foundation of prioritization, process and governance structures. She then moved into a business engagement / product owner role for key global initiatives which led her in 2012 to her current role with Global PMO.
