Professional Experience
Masha Dudelzak provides brokerage and transaction management services to a wide range of companies from New York-based clients to global multimarket accounts. She has deep knowledge of the real estate industry in both the United States and Canada, having transferred to CBRE’s Manhattan office from Toronto, where she headed the Research department. Masha leverages her Canadian expertise to service the team’s multimarket business and grow its cross-border Canadian/U.S. operations.
Prior to CBRE, Masha was with a global real estate brokerage and at a major Canadian bank, where she specialized in research, marketing, office leasing, and investment sales.
Masha has extensive public speaking experience and has been interviewed by Bloomberg, The Globe and Mail, and the Toronto Star. She has lived in four countries and speaks three languages. She has completed the CBRE University leadership program and is active in mentoring internally within the organization.
Masha holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
