Matt’s role as an Associate Director for CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services provides ongoing strategies and management of large corporate property portfolios and is specifically involved in various project teams disposing, acquiring and implementing formal procedures for Industrial, Commercial and Retail properties. Matt had a 15-year professional Rugby career playing most notably for the Australian Wallabies. During this time, he studied and worked in the property industry. Since retiring from Professional Rugby Matt has been employed full time in property. Matt now has extensive experience, in particularly in Industrial Markets which he now specialises in. Matt manages portfolios for national clients as well as handling other national requirements. Matt has developed a thorough understanding of the process and effective execution of Acquisitions, Rent Review Negotiations, Property Disposals and the management of large property portfolios. Matt not only values a strong work ethic and getting the best possible results for his clients but also doing so in manner that promotes respect, integrity, service and excellence.
