Matt Herrington joined CBRE as Transaction Manager in June of 2012 and specializes in the representation of corporate clients. As a member of the Global Corporate Services Group, he focuses on bringing integrated solutions to organizations utilizing the CBRE platform to create cost savings, reduce risk and identify methods to best align the client’s business goals with a strategic real estate plan. His clients benefit from his focus and commitment to putting their needs first. As an Account Manager for corporate clients, he brings the appropriate team and process to each assignment.
Mr. Herrington understands the intricacies of this industry and has developed an unparalleled capacity to understand and articulate client needs and requirements. During his real estate career, he has represented his clients in more than 500 transactions. Mr. Herrington is currently working with several clients on a global basis.
