Megan Kutter

Megan Kutter is the Louisville Operations Supervisor and is responsible for managing the business operations of the office focusing on finance, marketing, human resources, and personnel management. Included in these duties are strategic planning, annual budgeting, revenue and expense management, staff development, and the day-to-day operations of the office. Megan is also an integral part of the local leadership team and provides advocacy, management and development for the office’s shared support professionals. Her team consists of Client Services Personnel who provide administrative, marketing and facilities support for the Louisville workplace. 

Prior to this role, Megan was a Client Services Coordinator supporting the Industrial team of Kevin Grove, Tom Sims and Doug Butcher. Megan Began her career at CBRE in 2017 as a Client Services Coordinator in Baltimore for Industrial Capital Markets.
