Melanie Garlock

Melanie Garlock works with CBRE’s Atlanta based Advisory & Transactions (A&T) team where she focuses on portfolio and market level analytic research, governance and reporting, and directing multi-market account relationships. 

Ms. Garlock recently graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in commercial real estate. Most recently, she has worked on national accounts such as Regions, BB&T, and BHGE including the implementation of CBRE’s innovative data tracking platform.

Prior to Ms. Garlock’s affiliation with A&T, she worked with CBRE’s Office Tenant Representation Group, where she performed market research, lease analysis, and business development for multiple tenant representation brokers.
