As a Senior Sales Analyst for the South Bay office, Melissa May partners with executive leadership to expand CBRE’s office, industrial, and retail occupier and agency market share in order to deliver excellence to more clients in Los Angeles. Melissa leads sales management efforts such as business and professional development, pursuit initiatives, strategic team formation and competitive analysis for 60+ brokerage and Capital Markets professionals. Her responsibilities include facilitating monthly technology and learning & development trainings for producers and support staff, retaining a highly effective Salesforce to achieve organic growth and market share gains, and engaging with producers to develop and implement successful business strategies that deliver advantage to the market.
Melissa holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship, from the University of Southern California.
