Michael Dudar is a skilled project leader with 35 years’ experience in the planning, design, construction and project management of major engineering projects with the last 14 years in the direct execution of facilities projects.
Michael has developed significant leadership experience on complex projects requiring collaborative team efforts encompassing planning, design, engineering, construction and commissioning. Michael’s unique problem-solving and organizational abilities allow him to gain the support of diverse project teams and still deliver on-time, on-budget assignments. His experience ranges from complex, heavy industrial projects to federal Crown Corporation program management and project delivery, and most recently, large high-profile police service facilities.
Michael’s completed projects background ranges in geographical location from the Arctic to Africa, giving him unique in-sight into working with diverse cultural populations. His four years in Nigeria as an operational and project manager on significant infrastructure works, proved his expertise in managing multifaceted projects in the context of significant political, social and economic diversity. He has significant experience with long-distance project delivery and understands the necessity for clear and concise project communications.
