As the Business Operations Analyst on the Platform and Programs Team for US Operations, Michelle provides a wide range of analysis and support activities to the Platform & Programs team and our US field offices. She leverages technology to capture, track and automate reporting where possible. She participates on process improvement projects and national initiative roll-outs. She is very focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness. She identifies opportunities to improve service delivery to internal and external customers. She also assists in developing and designing national communications to announce best practices, policies, procedures and new initiatives.
Michelle is experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis in Excel), Smartsheet, Sharepoint and Campaign Logic.
Michelle joined CBRE in January of 2011. Michelle has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate field. In her previous role as Transaction Coordinator, she supported the Minneapolis office by verifying voucher information against written contracts and analyzed lease/sale transactions to appropriately calculate sales professional’s commission payments and revenue to CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked in accounting and is also a former early childhood teacher.
