Professional Experience
Mr. Ripp joined CBRE, formerly Insignia/ESG, in 1985, having concluded a successful career as an investment executive with Paine Webber of Boston, MA. In 1993, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, having attained several milestones as a suburban office leasing specialist. In 1997, he became an Executive Vice President/Partner in the firm.
Mr. Ripp specializes in corporate real estate consulting and advisory. Additionally, he manages the Public Institution and Education Services Group (PIES) for CBRE regionally. Public sector clients include the State of Connecticut, MassDOT, Boston Redevelopment Authority (EDIC), DCAMM and Brown University.
