Molly joined CBRE in December of 2019 as a Senior Associate, representing both tenants and landlords in the Denver and Boulder markets of Colorado, with an emphasis in retail. She has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over five years, working with local and national clients throughout Colorado.
Her experience involves a range of projects including: small shopping centers, grocery-anchored centers, new multi-tenant buildings, regional retail developments and urban retail. Molly has lived in Boulder since 2001, creating long-term, meaningful relationships in the community both personally and professionally.
Prior to CBRE, Molly was with the Colorado Group and SRS Real Estate Partners where her career took-off, accumulating hands-on knowledge through the consistent flow of successful transactions. Molly began her commercial real estate business with the ZallCompany, where she gained valuable experience working with a tenant rep and leasing team and laying the foundation of her career. However, she has a diverse background with a Master’s in Special Education and several years working in school districts she was involved in. Molly has been involved in the Boulder community for nearly two decades, allowing her to engage and discover opportunities through her vast network.
