Natalie is the Manager of Account Operations for the MultiCare Health System account. In this role, she drives account-wide operational consistency as well as manages the business planning and coordination functions. She is also focused on driving initiatives with the Project Management team such as project prioritization and the implementation and development of a gearing ratio tool.
Natalie is responsible for account communications, both internal and external. This includes ensuring that account materials reflect the corporate branding and visual identity standards; creating reports, SET meeting placemats, newsletters, and client updates; and managing and maintaining the internal SharePoint site.
Prior to her current role, Natalie was the Communications Manager on the MultiCare account. Before joining MultiCare, Natalie was the Account Programs Manager for the Washington Mutual account. In that position, she managed account communications and confidential projects, and led the national business manager team in the development and implementation of account-wide programs. She was also part of the three-person team working on the creation and implementation of the Financial Services Vertical page on the CBRE Navigator.
