Neal Kieschnik joined CBRE | UCR in 2005 and is actively involved in both retail tenant representation and project leasing. Neal's prior experience in land development affords his clients invaluable insight into the site selection process.
Neal currently oversees marketing efforts for over 1.5 million square feet of shopping centers, ranging from regional power to neighborhood strips. His landlord representation accounts include Bird Creek Crossing (Temple), Cedar Park Town Center (Cedar Park), Lakehills Plaza (Austin), Old Quarry Village (Austin), Parke Green (Austin), The Rivery (Georgetown), Shops at Forest Commons (Round Rock), Southpark Meadows (Austin), and Target South (Austin).
In addition to project leasing, Neal also represents a number of retail and restaurant tenants in their Central Texas expansion. His tenant representation accounts include Sterling / Kay Jewelers, Darden Restaurants, IHOP, Regency Beauty Institute, Book-Holders, Houlihan's Restaurant, Sherwin-Williams, Terra Mediterranean Grill, The Yogurt Spot, and Papa Murphy's Pizza.
Prior to joining our team, Neal was a land developer with Hassibi & Associates in Austin and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1998.
Neal received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas in Austin. He is active in the Austin chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association.
