Since joining CBRE in 1997, Nena has established herself as a leader in providing surplus property disposition services for major retailers regionally and nationally. As a member of the GCS Retail Group, Nena sets high standards for herself and all members of her team in order to effectively manage the seamless disposition of major retail properties across the country. Specializing in portfolio assessment, strategic planning as well as financial analysis and transaction management services, some of her clients include Kroger, Rite Aid, Office Depot, Petsmart, AMC, and Food Lion. Nena’s success in 2010 resulted in her being one of the ‘Top 25 Retail Performers’ nationally as well as one of the ‘Top 10 Retail Performers’ within the Eastern Division.
In addition to Nena’s continuing involvement with CBRE’s Women’s Network over the years, she was selected as one of the 12 initial participants in CBRE’s High Potential Program (HPP). Nena is also a member of CBRE’s Retail Advisory Council, CBRE’s Philanthropy Committee, as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers.
