Nikki Dedic serves as a Senior Client Strategy and Consulting Analyst for a private equity advisory practice focused on advising sponsors and their portfolio companies. Her extensive knowledge of CBRE service lines and value drivers combined with her previous real estate transaction experience allows her to bring value to clients in both strategy and execution.
Nikki previously served as the Sales Manager for CBRE in Los Angeles to support Advisory and Transaction professionals on strategizing how to best partner with their clients in an advisory capacity. She acquired a deep understanding of the CBRE platform and how it can be utilized to create comprehensive solutions and leverage CBRE’s market leading proprietary technology solutions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nikki was the Leasing and Asset Manager for John Hancock Real Estate's Los Angeles portfolio. She handled all aspects of the leasing process for 1.3M sf of office space in Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, in addition to 2.6M sf of big-box industrial buildings in the Inland Empire. In this role, she excelled in forecasting, portfolio management, financial analyses, negotiations, and market analysis.
