Nikki Hopkins serves as Senior Marketing Manager on the national Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services Team at CBRE. In her role Ms. Hopkins oversees three marketing professionals and supports the Business Development strategies of external clients for the firm’s national Occupier sales professionals.
In addition, Ms. Hopkins leads one-off pursuits for top-tier clients focusing on marketing and business development strategy, tailoring business proposals and presentations to address demanding real estate challenges for prospective clients. Ms. Hopkins contributes to all aspects of the pursuit process, including project management, graphic art direction and proposal and pitch execution.
Notable clients that Ms. Hopkins has worked with during her tenure at CBRE include: Kohl’s, Deloitte, Tesla, Landmark, American Bar Association, IKEA, American Express, CVS and Mercedes-Benz.
Prior to working at CBRE, Ms. Hopkins was a Marketing Manager for Arden Realty, Inc., a GE Capital Real Estate company, where she led the marketing initiatives for 16 million square feet of commercial real estate. Ms. Hopkins’ most noteworthy accomplishments at GE Capital included facilitating the marketing needs for multi-million dollar capital expenditure programs, spearheading global marketing presentations and implementing company-wide branding guidelines and procedures.
Ms. Hopkins has deep domain expertise and extensive experience in all aspects of marketing and communications including: business development, advertising, PR, branding, social/digital/print media, website design and functionality, internal and external communications, customer events, client services and project management.
