Norm Sangalang is a Senior Vice President with the CBRE National Manufactured Housing & RV Resorts (MHRV) Specialty Practice with over 300 direct career park sales since the 1990s, from California to Florida throughout the Midwest and across Canada. His partnership with Crawford Follett forms the core of CBRE’s top producing MHRV specialty practice and leverages national connectivity to local and regional markets through long-standing strategic partnerships within CBRE's unparalleled network of offices and professionals.
Norm started his career in the 1990s with a private office investment fund gaining a diverse perspective in commercial real estate with early professional experience at Colliers International, Business Real Estate Brokerage (now Cushman & Wakefield), and Comps Inc. (now CoStar). Drawn to the unique fundamentals of the park industry he focused away from NNN and other commercial sales in 1998 to focus exclusively on the MHRV sector, coining the term in 1999 when founding one of the most successful and respected independent park brokerage firms MHRV Advisors. As the growth and expansion of the MH and RV industry progressed, Norm merged with CBRE in 2012 to provide the industry with the highest level of services and the most comprehensive set of capabilities, expertise, and historical experience.
Widely recognized as an expert advisor and broker for mobile home parks and RV resorts, Norm frequently sits on MH and RV related expert panels and is sourced for real estate publications.
