Professional Experience

As Senior Vice President for CBRE, Pat Gamble specializes in office corporate and brokerage services. He began his career with CBRE in 1997. Since then, he has focused his representation on occupiers of office space.

In addition to being one of the most active office brokers in the greater Memphis area, Pat handles the office real estate for several large multi-market accounts.

Perkins Family Restaurant

The Challenge
Perkins Family Restaurants employed CBRE | Memphis to assess their real estate needs for their headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. Perkins, at the time of our initial involvement, occupied 38,000 square feet in a mature office building that was 94% leased. They needed to expand by an additional 16,000 square feet, wanted to establish a long-term location but needed the ability to expand and retract, and wanted to obtain the best possible economic terms.  

The Solution

As a result of CBRE | Memphis’ efforts, Perkins was able to expand and renew at their current location, obtain more favorable expansion rights within the building and obtained a savings in occupancy costs of approximately $2,000,000 over the life of the lease.
