In the role of Senior Human Resources Manager, Ms. Johnstad acts as a business partner to provide the delivery of human resources initiatives, strategies and services to the Asset Services and CBRE Technical Services Lines of Business. Her role encompasses the coordination and roll out of human resources initiatives including, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and training on various human resources applications, policies and procedures. In addition, Patty is the primary contact responsible for coordinating human resources activities associated with property transitions for her respective lines of business.
Patty joined CBRE in 1995 and has spent the majority of her tenure with CBRE supporting the Asset Services Line of business with a focus on operations and human resources. This experience has provided her with the field perspective of the needs from corporate human resources and has allowed her the opportunity to provide a high level of understanding and service to the managers she supports.
