Patty Proshek is a Senior Executive for Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions. In January 2019, Patty announced plans to retire. She continues to serve CBRE in an advisory capacity through September 20, 2019.
Previously, Patty was the Executive Managing Director for Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions and Property Management Accounting, which provides global, property to fund level accounting, reporting and administration services to real estate owners and institutional investment managers. In her role, she works closely with country leaders, account executives and real estate professionals to monitor client requirements and ensure that the right resources and tools are deployed to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Patty is a business-minded financial leader with the ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of consistent processes, personalized reporting, and centralized, client-focused transition procedures within SSAE 18 and SOX guidelines. She provides leadership, supervision, developmental training and guidance to her team members, and she’s committed to measurable performance and quality results with a strong focus on customer service for both internal and external clients. Patty has a proven track record of achieving results through process reengineering, transformation, automation and optimization initiatives.
Patty joined CBRE in 1987 and contributes a wealth of experience in financial and managerial accounting, project and administrative management, and technology deployments. She is considered an expert in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and resource management. Patty is widely recognized for her achievements as a national and global team leader within CBRE.
