Paul established the Brisbane Office of CBRE Residential Projects in May 2011 adding further strength to the preeminent Project Marketing business in the Asia Pacific. The business hit the ground running launching over $1 billion in new projects within 12 months.

Paul is a strategic marketing and residential sales specialist well regarded amongst the Brisbane development community for over a decade of active market presence, strategic advice and involvement in many of South East Queensland’s residential project success stories. As Managing Director, Paul personally handles all listing, marketing and client management of Brisbane projects.

Paul is proud of his record in repeat business with clients and the amount of work that is generated via personal referral. Paul started his career with business consultancy, Marketshare. He then joined the privately owned real estate agency, PRD, where he contributed to taking PRD Research in Brisbane to a new level in terms of both the quality of published research as well as the quality of consulting. In 2005, Paul took on the role of Project Marketing Director at PRD running a portfolio of projects across South East Queensland. Paul led the project marketing of some of Brisbane’s now iconic projects such as Roma Street Parklands - Pradella, Koko West End - Stockland, W4 Woolstores - Pearson Property Group, and Riparian Plaza - Bloomberg.

In 2007 Paul established DTZ Project Marketing where he managed the sell-out successes of many projects including Terrace Row SW1 at South Bank for Property Solutions and The Barracks at Cannon Hill for Anthony John Group.

Paul is a past panel member of the BCC Independent Design Advisory Panel (IDAP) which is made up of industry practitioners.

Paul was invited by CBRE to extend the organisation’s formidable national strength in project marketing in 2011. With Residential Projects offices operating in Sydney, Parramatta, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth and Victoria, this team is now the preeminent Project Marketing business in the Pacific. This presence is boosted on an Asia Pacific level by the strength of the Asian residential projects business which has a business division focused solely on the sale of Australian properties into Asia.
