Paul Geonnotti is a Managing Director and CBRE’s Alliance Director for the Associated Bank (ASB) account based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Paul has oversight of all financial and operational aspects for the partnership including fostering relationships with ASBC’s senior leadership team while ensuring total contract compliance including value creation, customer service specifications and overall client satisfaction.
With assets of $27 billion, ASB is one of the top 50 publicly traded U.S. bank holding companies. ASB’s real estate portfolio consists of 2.7 million square feet with 250+ commercial properties supporting 4,500 employees and serving more than 100 communities in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota, as well as commercial financial services in Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Texas.
Prior to joining CBRE, Paul served as the Regional Director for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He joined COPT in 2011 and was responsible for the direct management of the Colorado, Maryland and Pennsylvania commercial real estate portfolios, encompassing 7.5 million square feet. Paul had oversight of all financial and operational aspects of the portfolios including development of short- and long- range real estate strategies, operating objectives, EH&S policies and programs, financial and revenue targets, as well the leadership of the engineering, property, project and transaction management teams. Additionally, he managed business continuity, procurement, energy and life-cycle management, sustainability, administrative services and customer service programs. Paul received the 2012 COPT Way Award, COPT’s most prestigious award for outstanding performance and core values.
From 2002 to 2011, Paul was a Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis’ Global Corporate Services group, representing three strategic financial institution relationships. As the Managing Director for the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) relationship, he was responsible for the operational delivery of engineering, energy, EH&S, facilities, project and transaction management services for RBC’s American and Canadian portfolio consisting of 22 million square feet. Paul's primary focus was developing key client relationships, managing expansion and growth, exceeding KPI targets, driving process consistency across North America, and delivering significant savings. Paul transitioned to the Managing Director role from the Bank of America (BAC) account, where he was responsible for the field execution of property, project, engineering and transaction management services for 11.5 million square feet in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to BAC, Paul served for four years on the American Express account, where he was accountable for the overall delivery of facilities management and engineering services for 5.5 million square feet across North America.
