Paul was named CBRE’s Global President, Project Management in November 2021. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s more than 9,000 project management professionals around the world and driving both the busines line’s growth strategy and the delivery of exceptional outcomes for clients. He also serves as Chief Transition Officer for the company’s partnership with Turner & Townsend, helping to ensure that both companies and their respective clients realize the full benefits of the partnership.
Prior to these roles, Paul held a leadership position in GWS Client Solutions and Strategy. His focus there was on significant new business pursuits that encompassed the entire range of CBRE capabilities in line with the GWS growth priorities.
For much of 2019 and 2020, Paul led a division of GWS Enterprise Accounts in EMEA overseeing all CBRE services with a focus on innovation, integration and improvement. During this time Paul was a key stakeholder and executive sponsor in securing our first global, full service relationship with an EMEA-based global Life Sciences company.
From 2015 to 2019 Paul oversaw the formation of the global CBRE Data Centre Services (DCS) business. As global president of DCS. he was instrumental in the creation of its unique service offering, innovative approach to technology and emphasis on human factors and culture as a key differentiator for achieving extreme reliability. Prior to 2015 Paul held various leadership roles in the GWS Local business with a focus on technical self-delivery, FM, critical environments and data centres.
From 2002 through 2013, he was a key leader in the Norland Managed Services business prior to its acquisition by CBRE. Paul was a statutory director and board member in the UK and regionally for over 15 years with responsibility for Norland’s international expansion into the US and APAC and the creation of its mission-critical FM business.
Prior to Norland, Paul held engineering and leadership roles within Honeywell Inc. being based in the UK for 17 years, and culminating in the general management of a strategic subsidiary.
Paul served an indentured engineering apprenticeship and qualified as an electrical and electronic engineer.
Paul is passionate about thought leadership in the real estate sector, and more specifically the impact of integrated real estate services on overall corporate culture and performance.
