In this newly created role, Perry partners with the Division President and Market Leaders to ensure there is consistency in the way we run our Advisory business with the goal of accelerating growth at the local level. She works closely with Lew Horne to identify, develop and implement regional growth strategies. This includes setting annual strategic goals, executing quarterly business reviews and developing business rationale for growth programs. She also oversees the Broker Operating Platform – a powerful set of integrated support services that includes Sales Management, Marketing, Research & Thought Leadership, Data Superiority and Technology Tools & Enablement. By ensuring these key platform services are aligned to provide unmatched and consistent support for our producers to find, win and execute their business - we deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
With 18 years of experience, Perry has developed a deep understanding of both CBRE’s platform as well as the broader commercial real estate industry. Her expertise includes opportunity analysis and diagnosis, team assembly, strategy development and execution, and delivering innovative and meaningful real estate solutions to clients.
Prior to her current role, Perry was the Client Care Director for the Pacific Southwest as part CBRE’s efforts to develop a Divisional Client Care platform. In this role, Perry was responsible for the execution of the division’s account management and client experience programs. She aligned with market leaders, national Investor leaders, and local professionals to ensure we are working seamlessly across business lines and geographies to drive exceptional client outcomes for our Investor clients.
Perry has led a wide range of national and global strategic initiatives and held multiple leadership positions:
Global People Team. As part of the Global HR leadership team, she worked across the HR organization to build a program structure and governance process that aligned to the HR strategic plan and facilitated the successful execution of key initiatives and programs. Through the development and management of clear KPI’s, she established clear accountability and worked across the entire HR enterprise to drive individual project engagement by ensuring accurate project scoping, resourcing, budget and resource allocation.
Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2017, CBRE acquired proptech firm Floored. Pre-acquisition, Perry worked as part of the merger and acquisition team identifying the right structure, product pricing and overall operating model to ensure successful integration. Post-acquisition, she was responsible for the execution of the plan, ensuring a smooth transition of people and processes as well as driving the adoption of Floored Build and Floored Plans into the CBRE platform of services and technology offerings.
Global Property Management. In 2012, at the urging of our clients, the Property Management leadership embarked on creating and delivering a truly global property management platform. To accomplish this monumental task, Perry partnered with the Global President and leadership team develop a strategic plan that would achieve optimal operational excellence and profitability. Over 4-years, she facilitated global strategy sessions, shaped short and long-term goals, developed and drove the execution of identified initiatives spanning across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Perry also collaborated across a variety of lines of business and participated in client-facing activities to further enhance relationships, improve client satisfaction and grow wallet share. Once the global plan was successfully executed, her focus shifted to working with Western U.S. market leaders to pursue new business pursuits with an emphasis on delivering innovative and meaningful real estate solutions to our clients – emphasizing the need for thorough opportunity analysis and diagnosis, proper team assembly, strategy development and driving the pursuit process (proposal, presentation, follow-up strategy and client debriefs).
National Marketing. Lead the joint Property Management and Capital Markets marketing center serving Capital Markets professionals and Property Management market leaders in more than 30 markets across the United States. Made up of both technical writers and graphic designers the team was uniquely positioned to provide enhanced business development and marketing production support with a service offering that includes strategic marketing programming, creative layout, graphic design, and general process management such as material generation, electronic marketing, printing and vendor management.
Perry joined CBRE with the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2006, where she served as the Southern California marketing director.
