Perry Degulis is the Division Client Care Director in the Pacific Southwest. She is responsible for the execution of the division’s account management and client experience programs. In her role, Perry partners with market leaders, regional Investor leaders, and local professionals to ensure we are working seamlessly across business lines and geographies to drive exceptional client outcomes for the Pacific Southwest’s key Investor clients. She also works with senior Client Care executives and leaders to ensure collaboration and support of assigned clients at the divisional, country, and global levels.
Prior to joining the Client Care team, Perry was the Global Program Manager for CBRE Human Resources. As part of the Global HR leadership team, she partnered across the HR organization to build a program structure and governance process that aligned to the HR strategic plan and facilitated the successful execution of key initiatives and programs. Through the development and management of clear KPI’s, she established clear accountability and worked across the entire HR enterprise to drive individual project engagement by ensuring accurate project scoping, resourcing, budget and resource allocation.
In 2017, CBRE acquired proptech firm Floored. Pre-acquisition, Perry worked as part of the merger and acquisition team identifying the right structure, product pricing and overall operating model to ensure successful integration. Post-acquisition, she was responsible for the execution of the plan, ensuring a smooth transition of people and processes as well as driving the adoption of Floored Build and Floored Plans into the CBRE platform of services and technology offerings.
In her more than 16 years at CBRE, Perry has also led the national marketing team for Capital Markets and Property Management where she oversaw each business line’s marketing strategy and execution; she held the position of Vice President, Strategic Planning for Property Management where she worked to build out global strategy; and she was Vice President of business development for Property Management’s Western U.S. region where she worked with asset services leaders and market leaders to pursue new business and grow market share. Perry joined CBRE with the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2006, where she served as the Southern California marketing director.
Perry’s experience has given her a deep understanding of both CBRE’s platform as well as the broader commercial real estate industry. Her expertise includes opportunity analysis and diagnosis, team assembly, strategy development and execution, and delivering innovative and meaningful real estate solutions to clients.
