Phil Kelloff is Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Global Technology platform. Phil is accountable for developing and leveraging CBRE's technology toolkit on behalf of Advisory & Transaction Services teams that service the world's leading real estate occupier clients. Primary tools include TransAct, a transaction tracking and client reporting tool; Portfolio Optimizer, a strategic portfolio planning tool, Scenario Modeler, a tool that analyzes supply and demand of space over a 5-10 year horizon and other related technology tools. Phil partners with a matrixed, cross-functional team of business, Data & Technology (D&T) and Sales Management subject matter experts to solution, build and operationalize the use of these tools within the Transaction Management line of business.
Prior to his current role, Phil was the Americas Leader of Portfolio Services for CBRE. In this capacity, Phil worked extensively with CBRE corporate service account team members and occupier brokerage professionals to provide clients with superior management, interpretation and reporting of complex portfolio data with lease administration as a core service offering.
Phil joined CBRE in 2003 as the Transaction Management Platform Director within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services division. Phil was the founding developer of the TM platform, process playbooks, and TM Toolkit, an unrivaled web-based collection of over 600 best practice tools and templates that are readily available to TM account team members and clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Phil was with Bank of America as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, based in San Francisco.
