Phillip Thorne, MRICS, is CBRE’s Facility Management Account Director for the EMEA region. A highly motivated facilities management professional, Phillip has a proven track record of achievement in operational, group and service roles.
In his current role, Phillip is responsible for the BNY Mellon account. Working out of the London office, he mobilized and manages the service contract in the UK and Ireland. Prior to leading the BNY Mellon account, Phillip led CBRE’s American Express account as director from 2012 to 2014.
Over the course of his career, Phillip has proven himself a strong leader. He is able to deliver strategic results as well as adhere to management processes that are client-focused and practical—and that drive business change in a controlled manner to achieve KPIs. Philip’s client-focused style of service delivery and management, as well as his ability to understand that people are at the heart of all change, allows him to deliver the best results possible, creating environments where all can flourish and deliver. His extensive background and demonstrated achievements are a strong asset to CBRE.
Prior to joining CBRE, Phillip held facilities management positions with the Carillion Group, RJ Reynolds International and DTZ.
