As a Senior Facility Manager for CBRE Preston Malinowski brings over twenty years’ experience to all facets of Facility Management including his Project Management background. Preston’s experiences in problem solving, negotiating, multi-tasking and implementation help him provide the highest level of customer service to his clients. His services include planning, forecasting budgets, move add and changes along with any capital improvements to his current portfolio. Preston, builds strong relationships with both clients and vendors, striving to leverage the best value for his clients.
In his previous role as a Project Manager, Preston worked closely with clients to create a collaborative environment to understand their needs and capture their ideas. Once the scope of work was defined, Preston worked diligently with the architectural team to incorporate their ideas into the plans for the client’s future space. Then Preston would select the best contractor to deliver a finished product that was on time and within budget.
Prior to joining CBRE Preston worked for Target Corporation in the Construction and Facility Management group. Here he was instrumental in Target’s expansion into the New England market. This included new Target stores in the New York State, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine. Additionally, he built up the facility maintenance staff to support these new stores. Preston was also based out of Houston, TX. for a period of time as the Area Manager for Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico. During that time he oversaw the construction of 12 new stores and facilities management for 64 stores totaling 9,280,000 sq ft.
