Ralph manages a team of seven real estate professionals who focus on providing multi-market real estate services to major corporations, including a specialty in the disposition of both owned and leased real estate. His team has global responsibility for managing transaction management services for GMAC, Federal Mogul, Newell Rubbermaid, and the Gallup Organization. Ralph is also currently coordinating CBRE’s real estate activity either nationally or regionally for IBM, McDonalds, American Capital, and Harris Bank, a division of Bank of Montreal. Additionally, Ralph is coordinating global portfolio strategy, project management and lease administration for GMAC. Ralph was responsible for securing the Global Transaction Management assignment for one half of GM’s 350 million square foot global portfolio, CBRE’s largest transaction management assignment. Previously, he headed up a team of ten professionals exclusively providing transaction and portfolio management to American Express. Ralph originally joined CBRE's Asset Management Group in 1986. He held a number of positions of increasing authority with this group including responsibility for national systems, development, training and reporting.
Ralph has overseen the completion of over 1,800 transactions for corporate clients over the last 10 years including the 450,000 SF headquarters relocation of GMAC Mortgage and a number of distribution centers for General Motors. The assignments, both acquisition and disposition, have included office, retail, industrial, and land. Ralph originally initiated CBRE's Lease Administration program which provides database, rent roll, operating expense and lease audit services for corporate clients.
