Professional Experience


Ramsay Lunan joined CBRE Limited in 1984. Ramsay has more than 37 years of commercial real estate brokerage, management and corporate services experience. He currently leads the Capital Markets Group specializing in Investment Properties in Montréal, providing services for institutional investors, publicly-trade entities, private investors, developers and users. Covering all asset classes, his advisory role provides the client with solutions to various real estate challenges.

Ramsay has maintained a senior Management position with CBRE since the company's inception in the early 80's, where he provided pivotal leadership in the industrial, retail, corporate and investment business, in both Montreal and Toronto.

During his career, Ramsay has represented numerous clients locally, nationally and internationally in many aspects of the commercial real estate industry. Since the late 90s, he has been involved in over 24 million square feet of building sales and leases plus 27 million square feet of land for development across Canada and the United States.
