Rebecca began her career in Real Estate in 2001. With over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate she has had the exposure to work in a variety of functions. She has facilitated the sale and managed the transaction process of numerous commercial and residential properties with a total aggregate value in excess of $765,700,000.
Her career in real estate began with Executive Capital Group, Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA as the Acquisitions Manager where she facilitated the launch of the Acquisitions Department for foreclosed residential and commercial properties. Working for Executive Capital Group she gained experience analyzing the cost of acquiring and selling investment properties. She also coordinated construction projects for rehabilitation and managed all marketing and escrow transactions for these properties.
Rebecca then joined Marcus & Millichap in Ontario, CA in 2005 where she acted as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager. Working for Marcus & Millichap she has gained experience analyzing and selling retail, multi-family, and industrial properties, preparing and reviewing legal contracts and due diligence material, and also administered marketing materials for all listings. In addition, she had the opportunity to help manage and maintain investment properties for several retail assets by supervising vendors, maintenance personnel and repair contractors, reviewing specifications of service contracts, generating monthly statements, preparing annual common area maintenance reconciliation, preparing annual budgets, and maintain marketing and branding efforts for all managed properties.
In 2013 Rebecca began working for The Holthouser team at Marcus & Millichap in the Newport Beach office. In July, 2015 the Holthouser team joined the CBRE’s office in Newport Beach. Rebecca is responsible for managing the operations of the office for the Holthouser team. She oversees all transaction management, property analysis, marketing, and client relations to ensure we are offering the best, and most efficient service possible to our clients. Where accuracy and timeliness is the essence she has created a specialized system in order to keep all parties involved on track and organized.
