Rob Whittemore is a Director with CBRE’s Atlanta Project Management division. Mr. Whittemore is a key component to the Project Management team as he leads and manages the Occupier Project Management business. He works with both office and industrial tenant and leasing representatives within CBRE to align the most successful team with the client’s needs to ensure project success.
Mr. Whittemore brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as a senior leader of the Atlanta Project Management team focused on interior build-out, tenant improvements, capital improvements, call centers and data center requirements for Colliers International. Prior to Colliers, Mr. Whittemore led the Project Management team for Jones Lang LaSalle.
Mr. Whittemore has been involved with clients such as JWT-WPP, Philips Healthcare, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Gentiva, Family Dollar and Sony-Ericsson. He has provided executive oversight on a $75M ground-up data center for PriceWaterhouseCoopers; a 140,000 SF tenant improvement build-out for Delta Dental; and a 150,000 SF relocation/expansion/fit-out for Verizon Wireless.
He is actively involved in his community and coaches softball and baseball at Sandy Springs Youth Sports.
