Bob Denney has over 20 years experience providing client-focused, service-oriented real estate expertise in the areas of Corporate Services, Brokerage and Asset Services. As an Account Manager for CBRE’s New York based Transaction Management Hub, he provides transaction-based solutions to privately held and Fortune 500 corporations for their global real estate requirements. He has successfully concluded hundreds of multi-market acquisition and disposition transactions, serving as the client’s primary point of contact from initial needs assessment to final contract execution.
Mr. Denney develops and presents strategic plans enabling clients to align their real estate obligations with their long-term business strategies. He creates customized transaction management processes that identify and evaluate opportunities, optimizing portfolio efficiencies. He is also proficient in the preparation of financial analyses for lease and purchase scenarios.
Bob began his real estate career in Asset Services, which resulted in an enduring association with the Building Owners & Managers Association where he currently maintains roles as both a leader and instructor.
