Robert Norton is a First Vice President with CBRE. In his role, Mr. Norton analyzes and determines financial, operational and qualitative requirements for Fortune 500, mid-cap and start-up companies locally as well as globally. He is a valued resource as these organizations develop, plan and execute complex short-term and long-term real estate strategies.
Mr. Norton has more than 10 years of experience providing real estate support to his clients, and they appreciate his approachable demeanor and ability to summarize even the most complex transactions. During his tenure with CBRE, Mr. Norton’s accolades include: the 2011 Top Associate achievement, multi-year recipient of CBRE New Jersey’s production award, and notably a contributing member of the CBRE team that won the 2011 NAIOP Economic Impact Deal of the Year Award.
Before embarking on his real estate career, Mr. Norton served as manager of sales at PM USA. Among his responsibilities were planning and implementing strategies to help the company grow market share through more efficient distribution channels and increasing sales volume at the final point of purchase.
