As Senior Project Manager on the Group Health account at CBRE, Robyn Munson leads a team that supports the continual upgrading of three campuses totalling more than 3 million SF. Her team manages projects such as interior remodels, infrastructure upgrades and move management.
Robyn’s skills include leading large teams, managing office space tenant improvements, safety and security upgrades, medical equipment installations, a wide variety of mechanical projects and major exterior repairs. With over $25M in projects, she has experience in a wide variety of environments including corporate headquarters, critical facilities, cash vaults, high-risk exterior spaces and sensitive hospital departments such as Operating Rooms and Labor and Delivery units. She has also managed programs such as client operating projects budgets, regional security program upgrades and the development of a comprehensive company-wide art program.
As one of the first 20 LEED® accredited Project Managers at CBRE, Robyn served on the CBRE National LEED® Knowledge Team, assisting in the development of accreditation strategies for Project Managers nationwide. She has continued to stay involved in LEED® projects, including managing the LEED® certification of new medical clinics and large remodels.
Prior to joining CBRE, she served for nine years on active duty as a Captain in the United States Army Adjutant General Corps. During that time, Robyn managed large, multi-functional teams as well as a variety of projects.
